The Goal:
Build a Live Surveillance Console to make online assessments more trustworthy and efficient. It enables admins to monitor candidates’ webcam and screen in real time, send quick messages, and access full recordings later. Candidates get clear consent prompts and a live indicator, ensuring transparency and compliance at scale.
The Challenge:
Existing tools only flag issues after tests, causing delays, extra admin work, and weak deterrence. Since candidates can take tests anytime within a multi-day window, not everyone is live together, making real-time monitoring inconsistent and demanding adaptive oversight.
The Results:
The new system combines real-time and recorded monitoring. Admins can view all active candidates in a grid, share the load with multiple proctors, and get AI alerts in future updates. Recordings cover sessions without live supervision, ensuring complete coverage. The result — stronger integrity, faster reviews, full transparency, and scalable performance for enterprise assessments.
